Blizzard

This hosta cultivar is the streaked form of H. "Winter Snow", which, in turn, is the white margined form of H. "Sum and Substance". In the end, what you have is a plant with the size of H. "Sum and Substance", white margins, and white streaks in the centre. This streaks are stable. Growth is very similar to the parent, H. "Sum and Substance" with the same leaf colour. Fertile and produces variegated seedlings. This cultivar has become popular in the colder climates as it is more stable than many streaks.
